Church History

Overseer Errol Haughton serves as Senior Pastor at Transforming Life Outreach Ministries, Inc in Baltimore, Maryland. It was in December, 2011 that the Lord spoke to Pastor Haughton about birthing a ministry of his own. After much fasting and praying, Pastor Haughton gave serious thought to this awesome responsibility. February 3, 2012, Pastor Haughton along with five members started the Transforming Life Outreach Ministries in his home, where he conducted prayer service and Bible Study. Similarly, February 19, 2012, under God’s divine direction, Pastor Haughton and congregation moved to 5239 Reisterstown Road, where he shared the building with Bishop Sanifold and held his Sunday Morning Service. The Lord continues to bless the ministry and the ministry shows tremendous growth. As a result, April 23, 2012, the lord blessed Pastor and congregation with their own edifice, which currently located at 3008 Oakley Ave in Baltimore, Maryland. The Lord continues to prove faithful to us; “Therefore, having obtain help from God, we continue until this day.”

Today, God has tremendous bless the vision of Transforming Life Outreach (TLOM) by making provision for the ministry to keep its momentum. TLOM is a vibrant ministry, where emphasis is placed on developing a personal relationship with God and designing programs to improve the lives of people. TLOM is a multi-cultural ministry that embraces diversity and ministers to the needs of people.

Today, under the leadership of Pastor Haughton, the ministry offers many vital services and programs, such clothes and food distributions, energy assistance information, and other resources in an effort to meet the needs of the community. In addition, Transforming Life Outreach Ministries is a 501 (c3) organization that partners with other organizations, such the Maryland Food Bank in an effort to eliminate hunger and enhance the lives of people. The ministry continues to live its mission by winning souls for the Kingdom via extensive evangelism; as a result, in 2014, fourteen (14) souls were baptized in Jesus name. The Lord is adding to his church daily such as to be saved. We are excited about what God is doing, and we are anticipating greater works this year.

Meet Our Pastor

Pastor Errol Haughton, a native of Kingston, Jamaica and serves as Senior Pastor of Transforming Life Outreach Ministries. Pastor Haughton is the oldest of six siblings. He received his early education in Kingston, Jamaica and continued his academic pursuits in the United States. Errol married the love of his life. Harriet on August 5, 1989. They are the proud parents of four wonderful children were: Jamar, Terrell, Ja’nae, and Ta’mar. Pastor Haughton is presently a supervisor at (BGE) Baltimore Gas and Electric Company where he has been employed for the last twenty three years. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Coppin State University and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from University of Phoenix.

Pastor Haughton is an anointed man of God and enjoys teaching and preaching the Word of God. In addition, he loves the Lord and has always been active in the church. He received his ministerial training at Church of the Redeemed of the Lord under the leadership of Dr. Jerome Stokes, where he served as teacher of Holy Spirit class and as well on the Board of Presbyters. Similarly, Pastor Haughton has also served as associate Pastor at Mt. Zion Apostolic Faith Church under the leadership of Bishop Edith A. Mangum, where he provided leadership, pastoral counseling as well as served in other capacities, such as Sunday School Teacher, Church Administrator, President of Men’s Ministry, and Youth Leader. In February, 2012, Pastor Haughton answered God’s call to Pastor his people and started the ministry with five members, which continues to show tremendous growth in membership.

Pastor Haughton believes in doing things decently and orderly. He is a man of excellence with a vision to expand God’s kingdom extensive evangelism. Pastor has a mandate to impact the lives of people through his teaching-preaching ministry. Similarly, he has conducted various workshops and seminars on leadership, evangelism, budgeting, and stewardship as well as performed many revivals with the motive of enriching the lives of the believers.
